Celllose Ether （MAISI® HPMC,HEMC）
MAISI® HPMC,HEMC (ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose) and MHEC (methyl ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose) are non-ionic cellulose ethers, manufactured by a unique, solvent-free process, ensuring you a low carbon footprint and cellulose with carefully calculated performance characteristics.
Our MAISI® products are used as rheology modifiers in a variety of industrial applications to create desired performance enhancements for both drymix mortars and paints.
Celllose Ether (MAISI® HEC)
MAISI® (HEC) is a nonionic, water-soluble polymer that can thicken, suspend, bind, emulsify, form films, stabilize, disperse, retain water, and provide protective colloid action. It is readily soluble
in hot or cold water and can be used to prepare solutions with a wide range of viscosities. Main application for HEC is water base paints.
(VAE RDP) Redispersible Polymer Powder
MAISI® RDP is available in both rigid and flexible grades to enhance product performance in many construction applications, including tile adhesive, mortars, EIFS, cement plaster, etc.
MAISI® Redispersible polymer powder (RDP) is usually used together with MAISI® cellulose ether products to modify the property of building mortars. It can be applied in a variety of applications in the construction industry to improve the key properties of cement and gypsum-based formulations.
